This weekend during the Spokane chapter of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® monthly meeting nine of our members, veterans who served our country, were presented with beautiful, handcrafted quilts.
The Quilts of Valor Foundation’s mission statement is “To cover Service Members and Veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor,” and that’s exactly what transpired at the meeting.
The handmade quilts, each a unique expression of gratitude, were presented to our members in recognition of their service and sacrifice. These quilts will no doubt provide comfort and warmth for years to come, serving as a constant reminder of the appreciation they deserve.
